Matt is a great sales guy. He was honest in regards to the car I was initially interested in and was knowledgeable about the first car I was interested in. He also brought in Ryne to help answer questions in regards to the car I purchased. Spencer also seemed easy to work with and provided some helpful knowledge. I also felt Al was knowledgeable and fun to visit with. Everyone seemed fairly easy to work with.

I had a great experience buying a used 2018 F-150, trading in my 2011 Lincoln Navigator L on October 9, 2019 at Rides Auto Sales & Customs. I worked primarily with Bob Weigel, internet sales manager as I found the pickup I’d been looking for online. Working with Bob was fun and easy, but most of the staff working that day went out of their way to interact with me and keep the experience fun, light and as stress-free as possible. They offered me snacks, beverages and even invited me to order lunch with the crew as we worked through lunch hour!! Bob and Matt worked hard to get my business both in vehicle trade and securing competitive financing. I’m a loan officer/financial analyst by trade so I didn’t make it too easy for them. But again they were patient, kind and great to work with. ?? A perk to buying here: while you wait during negotiation times, checking out the Custom Rides on their showroom floor provides for a unique experience! It’s been a little over a week since my visit as I write this. So far I am still in love with my new truck and glad I made the 4 hr trek to Bismarck to work with them. Wish I could post a pic of my new Ride!

Shortly after buying my gently used car from Rides, I did not think this is the review I would be writing. We had some warning lights on within 2 days of buying the car. To make a long story short and 3 trips to the dealer my bills were almost $1000.00. I went to Rides not expecting to achieve a whole lot. Kudos to Rides. It is easy to sell a car and make your money and move on the next customer. To show character and respect when things don't always go as planned is an unfortunate way to earn a customer, but earn a customer they did. I will not hesitate to give them an opportunity to sell me my next car. Thank You
