This custom 138 car has undergone restoration some time ago and is finished in Red 2 stage paint that is nice... perfect no, but it is nice and the clear adds a good amount of depth. This 66 is a VERY nice, TRUE SS, non-numbers, born RED on RED 4spd, driver car so if you are looking for perfect or SHOW QUALITY this is not your car. That being said... it is STILL a nice, big block, 4spd , red on red TRUE SS! All panel gaps line up well and the doors open and close as they should. The NEW bumpers shine true and bright presenting themselves VERY well and the same can be said for all trim on this car. The glass is in great condition and easy to see through. This car gets a lot of looks on our showroom! The stance of this car is incredible as well with a set of custom staggered Riddler wheels wrapped in NEW rubber!
Between the fenders rests a rebuilt 396ci that is NOT tired in any way. The engine has been nicely detailed,runs great and it is paired to a 4 speed manual transmission with a 12 bolt posi-traction rear end. It shifts smooth and PULLS HARD through EVERY SINGLE GEAR! The car also sounds incredible with a 2.5in true dual exhaust! The entire drivetrain is clean! This car starts with the turn of a key first time and every time. With the addition of power steering it is so much fun to drive! It is no slouch through the turns either utilizing all new suspension. The underside of the car is CLEAN and has a STRAIGHT frame!
The interior is all NEW with carpet that is free of stains or rips. The bucket seats are reworked, look new and feel good. The headliner is TIGHT and clean as well! The dash is NICE and gauges are easy to read. The door panels have been reworked and all hardware works as it should. It has an upgraded Retro Sound head unit and Rockford components that sound GREAT!. There is also a factory clock in the center console.
