Who cant love a BLACK 69 RS!? When this one finally made its way to our shop I was stunned to say the least.
As pictures will try to capture this cars panels are as straight as can be with SMOOTH contours and CRISP lines! The panel gaps line up very nicely and the paint that was laid out over this laser straight body is SHOW quality! The deep, rich black is incredible at any angle you want to take it in! The clear that was laid out adds a TON of depth and the reflection is mirror quality in this 1st gen. This meticulous nut and bolt rotisserie restoration is exactly what everybody wishes there restoration would look like!! The glass is all clear and easy to see through. The bottom of this car looks super nice also. The frame has been coated and the floors are solid!! The fit and finish on this vehicle is second to none and there is not enough adjectives in the English dictionary to describe this car! This car close to 6 figures invested into this SPOT ON build and it was painted by Boyd Coddington's shop.
The interior is show quality from a set of custom hand worked seats and a new rears. The carpet is ALL new and free of stains. The Autometer Pro Comp Gauges are NEW and NICE! These custom gauges look super cool at night. The detail painted dash is perfect and the door panels have been reworked. Everything on this interior is perfect right along with A.C. Inside and out this car is a show stopper! From a custom leather and suede wrapped center console with cup holders to Custom Budnik tilt steering wheel column and everything in between including custom billet door and window handles this 1st gen has anything you could want! It has a NICE stereo as well with ALL updated Pioneer components.

As you pop the hood you will notice an underside of the hood and bay that has been painted just as well as the rest of the car! Between the fenders rests a 468 that has been detailed to the MAX! Fuel is delivered by a Holley Ultra powder coated 750 Double pump carb with electric choke. Ignition is handled by MSD. This engine bay has polished aluminum and chrome EVERYWHERE! On top of this big block you will find Canfield Aluminum Cylinder heads and a Edelbrock Victor Jr Intake manifold that has been Cleared over! It is paired to a 5spd TKO Tremec transmission that shifts smooth as can be! Looking in this bay you will also notice the updated Detroit Speed Electronic RS hideaway headlight door kit! This BEAST puts power to the ground through a 12 Bolt posi traction rear with 3.73 gears with Aluminum Ultimate back braced cover. This car starts with the turn of a key and NO need to pump the gas more than once. It runs extremely well and drives like NO OTHER! The disc brake kit in ALL 4 CORNERS helps stop this car very well and it hugs the turns with Heavy duty front sway bar and Heavy duty anti roll bar in the rear! The steering is as TIGHT as a new Camaro. The custom exhaust with Hooker ceramic coated big tube headers have an incredible lope at idle and only gets better as you get into the gas!
It runs as cool as can be with an Aluminum radiator and electric fans.
The beautiful Pro Touring stance we ALL love comes from a set of New High end US Mag wheels with staggered stance (20's in the rear and 18's up front). The car also rests on QA1 coil over front suspension with clickers to adjust ride stiffness. QA1 shocks in rear with clickers as well and adjustable tierod ends. looking under the car you will also notice Sub-frame connectors... This car was done RIGHT all the way down to a custom cable driven e-brake conversion!
This is the BEST car you will EVER find in this price range and you will NOT be disappointed in ANY way! If you are in the market for a 1st gen RS Camaro that will outshine the rest you have found the one! Please serious offers only, this car is WELL WORTH the asking price and then some! Once again…. EVERYTHING on this car is beautiful!
