This is not a numbers matching car.....With that being said it has been restored to the way it was built and at a VERY HIGH standard!
As pictures will try to capture this car’s straight-as-an arrow panels, SMOOTH contours and CRISP lines! Panel gaps line up PERFECTLY and the Nugget Gold Metallic paint laid out over this laser straight body is SHOW quality! This Chevelle’s deep, rich paint is incredible at any angle you want to take it in! The clear that was laid out adds a TON of depth and the reflection is mirror quality in this beast. I have only seen a few paint jobs look this good in my LIFE! This meticulous nut and bolt rotisserie restoration is exactly what everybody wishes their traditional restoration would look like, right down to bias-ply tires!
In addition to having a build sheet to back everything up... the glass is all clear, NEW and easy to see throughout. The bumpers are NEW and reflect like a mirror, plus the grill is new old stock. The bottom of this car looks just as clean as the the top. The pans are all solid as pictures will show! The frame has been media blasted, and powder coated. This car represents a NICE restoration with NO expense spared in ANY way right down to the end! The fit and finish on this vehicle is second to none and there are not enough adjectives in the English dictionary to fully describe this car!
Interior is show quality, boasting a set of hand-worked seats. Carpet is ALL new and free of stains. The Gauges are ALL clear and easy to read. The dash is perfect and the door panels have been reworked just as Chevy intended as well! Everything in this interior is nice- right down to the AM/FM stereo radio!
As you pop the hood, you immediately notice that between the fenders rests a period correct 396 This car is a nice and drives like a dream!! It is paired to a period correct 400 that shift as smooth as butter. This car starts with the turn of a key - first time every time. It runs extremely well and drives like NO OTHER! The exhaust has an incredible note that is VERY unique as it should!! It sounds GREAT at idle and only gets better as you get into the gas! At the end of the exhaust you will find CORRECT chrome tips! This Chevelle is equipped to stop and the whole brake assembly as GM intended it to be, take a look at the undercarrage pictures! Brake lines are even tagged where they are supposed to be. Resting on a set of OEM wheels this 70 has athe look and the POWER to back it up! Look at all the pictures, PLEASE... this car is incredible! This car is ready to drive!!! The only thing it needs is a driver!!
Don’t bother making an offer of $10,000 below my buy it now as there is NO way I paid that for the car and can’t sell it for that. Please don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.
